How will I get my ticket?
On booking you will receive an eticket. On arrival please have it ready on your phone or as a print out.
What time should I arrive?
Doors will be open from 6:45.
What if the weather is terrible?
You will be cosy in the car! But if it’s so bad that the screen cannot operate, all bookings will be transferred to another date.
And remember evenings can get chilly so do bring blankets and lots of layers.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Sorry no refunds.
How will I hear the sound?
A state of the art bluetooth speaker will be handed to you on arrival. At the exit you will hand it back to the team.
Will there be food?
Popcorn, chocolate, crisps, soft drinks, wine and local beers and cider will be available on the night. Our roaming teams will come straight to your car - no need to even get out, just wind down your window. Card only, no cash.
Please note this is a leave no trace site so to protect our environment all rubbish must be taken home.
Can I watch the film from outside my car?
We ask you to embrace the Drive In theme (and adhere to social distancing) so please remain in your car unless going to the loo.
Can people from other households sit in my car?
Due to government restrictions only members of the same household can sit in the same car together. Please respect this.
I’ve got a smallish car. Will I still be able to see?
When booking your ticket you will be asked if you have a normal or large (people carrier/SUV type) car. It will then be first come first serve parking within those two categories.
What if I need the loo?
There will be loos onsite, with space to queue whilst maintaining social distancing. Hand sanitiser will be provided but always good to have your own too these days.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry no dogs or other pets.
I think I have some Covid-19 symptoms, but not sure. Do you mind if I still come? I will stay in my car.
